Friendly, thorough and helpful

Dr. Thomas offered a comprehensive eye exam. She was thorough and detailed. The entire office was friendly and very helpful in helping me decide on a pair of glasses.

I appreciated Dr.Thomas's quick feedback on my cataract question.

It's always nice to see the familiar faces each time I come in. Pam always knows me when I call and come in. My family and I have been seeing Dr Long for many years. Dr Thomas was very nice and knowledgeable as well when I saw her. Great group of people.

If you have a machine that is capable of doing a screening for patients without having to dilate their eyes, you should offer if for free! As always, the staff is professional and friendly.

I received excellent service! I arrived early & I was willing to wait until my scheduled time but I seen early! I normally see Dr. Long but due a schedule conflict Ibsaw another doctor & I was equally as satisfied!

The doctors are very knowledgable and they take time to explain everything to you about your eyes and all the options you have for treatments, glasses, lenses, etc. I would not go anywhere else! Everyone is friendly from the time you walk in until the time you leave

I really like that yall have the optimap. I have never liked having drops in my eyes and given the choice I will choose optimap every time.

You need to invest in a better selection of men frames. Women are not the only ones who like to like nice and have different looks

Very professional and met my needs in buying some bifocal contact lens.

The only concern I have is that I dint feel it was really safe to drive after being dilated...even with the sunglasses it was difficult to see.

The staff members go out of their way to assist customers. All my questions were answered, all my concerns addressed, and I felt like I was treated like a friend instead of as a customer. Dr. Long is exceptionally knowledgeable, willing to listen, and an excellent doctor.
